by You on the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Let's Get Published
will have no obligations to You in relation to such Work. You agree
that Let's Get Published is entitled to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and
otherwise use any such material for promotional and other purpose. 3.3 You may not use the Service or any of its components to create,

which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive,
